Description

Feedback:
The note here which mentions "It is not possible to run both a DHCP server and a DHCP Relay at the same time on the same interface. To enable DHCP relay, first disable the DHCP server on an interface." is incorrect. pfSense does NOT allow you to create a DHCP Relay for ANY interface if ANY other interface has the DHCP server enabled.
This note should be corrected to match this behavior.

That note was changed after support was added for running both at the same time in #14620 , but didn't get changed back after those changes were reverted due to problems.
