Description

WAN interface currently using IPv4 DHCP type address, switch this interface to static, enter IP, create gateway, save and apply. Navigate to Services>DHCP Server and the interface that you just set to static is present. This happens with either ISC or KEA DHCP service selected.

The service does not indicate being active on that interface, although since DHCP is no longer being used for that interface, it should not appear at all but doesn't either when DHCP is used for IPv4 address type.

Tested on 1100 and 4100 running 21.09.1
DHCP service

Static v4

This is normal and expected. Any static interface with a sufficient size subnet will appear in the DHCP server as an option.

We can't exclude WAN-type interfaces because there are some rare use cases where adding a gateway on a local interface is necessary while also running DHCP. Changing this would break some existing users with no real benefit other than hiding a tab some people may not want to see.
