I do not see that the commands being run in Diagnostics > Command Prompt are being logged to the system log.
This would be helpful as would the exit value, user logged in, etc.

I wanted to add my support for this. We recently had a ticket were an error was thrown from diag_command.php, but the customer was unaware of any commands having been entered in. Having the system log record this would have made it easy to see what was done.
