Description

As best as I can tell so far, the issue is that SIP INVITE packets in particular are being dropped for X minutes every Y hours. Unknown X and Y, but they seem random.

Has been confirmed on multiple different networks, and multiple different pieces of hardware, and is now confirmed for Asterisk and Freeswitch clients(inside) and servers(outside network).
