you are proposing as Tunnel Address for the tunnel of office B: 172.16.0.3/30
But isnt 172.16.0.3 the boradcast address of the subnet 172.16.0.0/30
how is this going to work?
should you be using the subnet 172.16.0.0/29 instead? then 172.16.0.3 for office B would make sense.

You are right that wouldn't be valid for multiple clients in the same subnet. I updated the diagram and references in the text.
