Description

Under Firewall/pfBlockerNG/Sync, the help text under the Enable Sync dropdown menu is unclear.

Important: While using "Sync to hosts defined below", only sync from host A to B, A to C
but do not enable XMLRPC sync to A. This will result in a loop!

The confusion stems from the lack of information about whether the same applies when the "Sync to configured system backup server" option is chosen.

Synchronizing from a secondary node to a primary node results in a loop. This is generally true and not necessarily specific to pfBlockerNG. The text "do not enable XMLRPC sync to A" seems clear enough.
