SSH Fails to Start on 24.08 DEVELOPMENT Snapshots

Description
Navigating to System --> Advanced --> Admin Access and attempting to enable the SSH Daemon results in a page refresh and then the checkbox being unchecked again. The service does not try to start and it does not appear in the Status --> Services dashboard.

Cannot replicate this on 24.08.a.20240702.0600.
I can enable/disable the SSH service both from Status - Services and System - Advanced - Admin Access without issues.

I also see the same thing on
24.08-DEVELOPMENT (amd64) built on Thu Jul 18 6:00:00 UTC 2024 FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT
Can you test on the latest?

Both me and presumably Kris, were testing this while testing MiM. A fresh install does not have this issue. I will work on steps to reproduce and re-create this ticket in the appropriate section.
