USB760 CD not recognized

Description

While inserting/booting a USB760 CDMA usb modem one can't eject the CD to put it in modem mode because pfSense does not seem to be able to recognize the CD.

Here is the relevant dmesg output.

Trying to eject the cd0 device directly gives the error, "Device not configured."
