What version is this on? There is nothing at the line in question that could trigger that error on the latest release or in the current repository code.

This is almost certainly already fixed, just not in the version you're running.

In past versions that might have been around an upgrade function for PPP data, so if you edit the config.xml and remove any empty entries from the <ppps> section (or the whole <ppps>...</ppps> section) it will likely restore properly. Follow up on the forum for assistance.

This is fixed in 24.11 and 2.8.

2.7.2, 23.09 and 24.03 hit it.
