Description

The options for defining an LDAP server requires Authorization to be checked, even if Authentication is not checked, for the LDAP settings fields to be un-greyed out.

However, you can check the box for Authentication without Authorization selected. This doesn't reveal the LDAP server settings fields, though.

Prerequisite checkboxes should grey out other checkboxes if they are required first, so we should grey out the Authentication checkbox if Authorization isn't selected, if this is the intended behavior.
