Description
Gateway monitoring is broken with if_pppoe when upstream does not send Router Advertisements. This is not an issue with mpd5 because, regardless of RAs, mpd5 sends the "remote-ip" (i.e. gateway address) negotiated with IPv6CP to the ppp-linkup script. The pppoe-handler script for if_pppoe instead checks for an IPv6 tunnel address on the interface which does not exist.
