GUI and package manager shows the RC branch despite the Stable branch is selected.

Description

Despite the Stable branch being selected, after a few refreshes of the GUI, it appears that RC strings are pulled into /usr/local/etc/pfSense/pkg/repos/pfSense-repo-0001.conf. After resaving the branch with Stable value it shows the right repo strings, until a few GUI refreshes.
