Assigning Static IP and Gateway from CLI Menu Prior to Setup Wizard will Omit Gateway in Setup Wizard

Description

When setting up an appliance, if you set a static IP address, subnet, and gateway either during install or via the CLI menu prior to attempting to sign into the webConfigurator and going through the setup wizard, the IP address and subnet mask on the WAN interface configuration page will be correct, but the upstream gateway field will be blank.

Tested on 25.11.1-RC.
