Description

If you enter an umlaut into "Invalid Voucher Message" or "Expired Voucher Message" you get an acknowledgement, that your config gets restored and the 2 fields are reset to default.

Duplicate of Bug #1454, plus should be a non-issue now that UTF-8 is being used.
