Description

Having an <input type="button"> inside an <a href="..."> is technically a violation of HTML5. Also, it makes the buttons not work in IE9. At least one of these is a good reason to change any affected forms. I noticed the problem in the Traffic Shaper forms, specifically the "Remove Shaper" and "Add New Queue" buttons.
