Description

When you configure a DHCP server for an interface and set 'Enable Static ARP entries' option, interface is being set to 'staticarp' even if DHCP server is disabled.

isn't that correct though? Using static ARP on an interface isn't dependent on DHCP being enabled if it uses the reservations defined there just as the static ARP entries.

I just add a note saying it will persist even if DHCP server is disabled, this will help users to understand how it works.
