/etc/inc/captiveportal.inc Line 1871:

mwexec("/sbin/ipfw -x {$cpzone}-q {$g['tmp_path']}/macentry_{$cpzone}.rules.tmp");

Should be:

mwexec("/sbin/ipfw -x {$cpzone} -q {$g['tmp_path']}/macentry_{$cpzone}.rules.tmp");
