Description
On master/2.2 the packages are split into multiple tabs, and it defaults to the Services tab. This should instead have an 'all' tab and select that one by default. Showing all packages will save clicking/hunting for people who are unsure in which category their desired package resides, and showing the full list is good for searching (ctrl+f). The tabs are good for filtering and browsing, but can make it harder to track down a specific package that the user wants quickly.
