Description
System - User Manager - edit some user, User Certificates - click + to add certificate - select "Choose an existing certificate", choose one, click Save.
Result: The following input errors were detected: Please select a valid Digest Algorithm.

the input validation is technically wrong, though the browser should be sending that value anyway, and does here. I can't replicate that being a problem.
need to fix that input validation so it only checks key length and digest if creating an internal certificate or a CSR.
