IGMP Proxy - its own tab under system logs

Description
Please consider implementing a tab under system logs for the IGMP Proxy by itself. The current logging of the IGMP Proxy via the 'system' tab is not conducive to promoting debug by the user. The IGMP Proxy could conceivably have a tab of its own on the same page, could it not? or a simple switch to turn logging of the IGMP proxy 'off' entirely.
I am confident such implementation would be appreciated by your current and future user base.

After playing with this thing a few days ago, I'd not even call this a feature request. The current logging makes the main system log absolutely useless. Is there some debug level accidentally enabled or what?!

Fix committed to #3852 should have fixed this one too. I don't think a new tab is necessary now that debug level has been changed.
