Description

Firewall > NAT, Outbound Tab, + to add a rule.
Change Translation Address to "Other Subnet (enter below)"

The subnet options never appear on 2.2, but they work fine on 2.1.

Using "2.2-ALPHA (amd64) built on Fri Aug 15 06:03:40 CDT 2014". The subnet options appear when selecting "Other Subnet (Enter Below)".
Seems to be resolved.
