Description
Something not right with IPsec after upgrade to 2.2 (and maybe when starting clean on 2.2, haven't entirely confirmed that).
After upgrading from 2.1.4, my IPsec connections are working, but still via racoon. Service status shows IPsec as "stopped" (not looking for racoon I presume), and the status page is broken.

Are racoon binaries available after upgrade? They should be removed by pfSense.obsoletedfiles. Based on the other tickets you opened, it sounds more like a corrupted/bad snapshot.
