Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure DNS Forwarder
2. Configure DHCP server

dhcpleases is going to use '-p /var/run/dnsmasq.pid'

3. Turn off DNS Forwarder
4. Turn on DNS Resolver

dhcpleases will keep using dnsmasq.pid, it should to change to unbound.pid
