Description

IP aliases on localhost don't config sync to the secondary. This was broken, then fixed earlier in the 2.2 release cycle. Now it's broken again. This is useful for binding services in HA environments with routed IP subnets. Only IP aliases on localhost should sync though, any others will create IP conflicts and are skipped as always.
