Main page for this section [+] link at the top right should go to Services: DNS Resolver (services_unbound.php) instead of Services: DNS forwarder (services_dnsmasq.php)

And more things I noticed - the Unbound Advanced and ACLs tabs do not display the shortcuts at all. The Resolver logs page can be smarter to show appropriate shortcuts for dnsmasq/unbound depending which is enabled.
