Problem:
With a fresh install of 2.2 and a basic configuration, a 4 NIC LAGG with the protocol set to LACP. The interface is not correctly passing traffic.

Doing a Tcpdump on the interface shows no traffic, even when multiple hosts are attempting to ping the interface.

Going to try and mock it up in a VM and will post results shortly.
