Bandwidth not reported correctly in "Status: Traffic shaper: Queues"

Description

I'm running pfSense version 2.2 on an Alix 2d2 board. The reported bandwidth under the queues status page is incorrect. It shows impossible speeds, like around 2Gbps (for a 50Mbps link).

After some time, the reported bandwidth seems to slowly decrease to reach the "real" value.

Also, once the reported bandwidth is "stabilized", I need to be logged out for a couple of hours to see the problem again.
