Description

When people go through the hassle of generating their own set of DH parameters, it'd be nice to not overwrite those again on next upgrade... ;)

added to base-nanobsd/exclude_files. They were already listed in base/exclude_files for full installs. To Renato for review to make sure that's correctly done.

this is all correct now. Clean installs have the default, user generated files are left in place post-upgrade.
