In the recent commits "function filer_install()" was removed but is still referenced in filer.xml
That's what I noticed by visual code inspection. There are other functions that were empty and have been removed, so someone needs to check that they are really not referenced anywhere.

I frankly cannot see there's it referenced in the filer.xml.
