Description

Clicking an action icon to control a service in the service status widget has no effect. Instead, the page scrolls up to the top and nothing happens to the underlying service.

Same thing happens with the service controls in the shortcut bar on other pages for a specific service.

I broke this by converting the services->status page to POST. All pages that reference services have now been fixed to present the correct icon links.
