Description
FreeBSD current and stable/10 /etc/ttys now defaults to 3wire on serial tty setup, this means we don't need to force uart to move serial to 2nd port. review changes done in /etc/ttys of installed system and also on memstick image

We still need to set which serial port the console is on.

- Target version changed from 2.3 to 2.4.0
Leave it as is for now, after 2.3 we are going to move changes to FreeBSD-src repo instead of overwriting files direct from main repo and at this point we can refactory it
