Description
Please change "Available Widgets" black bar to a small icon with "Available Widgets" or just "Widgets" I'd put the icon next to the help / ? icon in upper right corner. Something simple that doesn't ruin the beautiful GUI with long black line.

The available widgets panel is a "standard" Bootstrap panel that gets its styling from CSS. It needs to remain a panel with heading, but we could possibly make a special style to display it in a less vivid manner when we finalize the CSS.

Can it perhaps be a floating panel instead of "embedded" one on the page?
Also, might as well remove "Status: Dashboard" from the page, since it's kinda obvious it's dashboard. :)

It is possible, but please remember that one of the biggest advantages to the Bootstrap GUI is standardization. Every element on every page is generated by a common framework to produce very consistent output from very consistent code. I really don't want to get back into exceptions again: Display the page title UNLESS this is the dashboard OR the widget list is green. . .
No doubt we will refine the display before the final release, but for now its all about consistency and maintainability :)
