Description

When I select from Available Widgets and add a widget to the dashboard, it is closed by default.
That seems odd to me. If I have bothered to add it to the dashboard then there is a 98% chance that I want it open.
Could we have them open by default when newly added?

One of those items where twenty people surveyed will have twenty different opinions on the subject and if we include certain of my colleagues, twenty eight. :)

Easy enough to do, but let's see what feedback we get here first.

+1 for open by default, to me it makes the most logical sense to display it in full when added.
