Description

In version 2.2.6, the backup script indicated on the page is no more working : https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Remote_Config_Backup
It was working perfectly before upgrade (version 2.2.4)

How to fix it in order to have the remote backup working?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Kind regards,

Julien REVERT

  • Status changed from New to Rejected

We had to enable CSRF on that page for security reasons. The download procedure needs to submit the __csrf_magic value back to pass the form validation, we'll have an updated example before long.

Staff, good afternoon , I'm having trouble backing up the pfSense version 2.2.6 , already performed to check the script and I find no fault , the point is that it returns me a backup 6K ( html page ) , and the backup is 191K (.xml file).

Someone is experiencing this problem? They know how to solve?

Attached the script in .sh

From already thank you very much.

Please discuss the problem on the forum if you need assistance. I removed the attachment you uploaded because it contained your admin password in plain text, which you should now change.
