stunnel certs tab does update cert tab

Description

under 2.2.6-RELEASE with stunnel 5.20.3 package installed the cert tab page never updates after adding a new cert. The cert tab doesn't list any added certs.

It appears the last added cert is added, due to it being an selectable option on the stunnel services page, however it appears to replace the old (hidden) if already added and remains hidden.
