Monitoring won't save default configuration of 8 hours with 1 minute resolution, resets resolution to 5 minutes when switching from 1 hour, 1 minute resolution

Description

I can save the default to 1 hour, 1 minute resolution, but just changing the window to 8 hours auto-selects a 5 minute resolution. I can change and update to a 1 minute resolution, but saving it as default won't stick.
