1.i fund where pfsense server restart freeradius is not runing.
2.i start freeradius by manual but the openvpn+motp is not login
3.if is use this method again :
click services->freeradius->users
and find not login user click "edit this item" do not change any thing and click "save"
that openvpn+motp is ok

Hello,
this seems to be a solid hazard preventing the use of motp based 2 factor auth.
see also https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=120482.msg666193#msg666193
My request: Please investigate this for a fix. Im am using a couple of such configurations and I am a little bit tired to manually assist after a firewall reboot to keep the bussiness of the motp users runnning.
So please - change the state to BUG and assign it for a fix
ThanX
