Description

When you first go to the SNMP configuration page, having never been there before with a fresh configuration, the SNMP module settings behave oddly.

The modules appear all checked, but the options are disabled and cannot be changed. If you check the box to enable SNMP, these options are still not editable. If you save, the page reloads and the modules are all editable, but unchecked.
