Description

2.4 doesn't support nanobsd anymore, convert all nanobsd installations to full install during upgrade from 2.3 to 2.4

- Make sure system is on first slice
- Bring /cf to /
- Destroy /cf and 2nd system partition
- Mark system to growfs on boot
- Replace pfSense-base-nanobsd by pfSense-base

Directions work fine, upgrade results in a working full install using the entire disk.
