Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • Import external CA
  • Do not set "Serial for next certificate"
  • Try to create a user certificate

This fails silently. It should fail with an error message. Maybe it would also be a good idea to set "Serial for next certificate" to a default value of "1" if nothing is entered on CA import.
