I think it would be nice if it would be mentioned that 0.0.0.0 is a valid value for that field
So

Enter the public IP address or host name of the remote gateway.

should be replaced by
Enter the public IP address or host name of the remote gateway; use 0.0.0.0 to allow connection from any IPv4 address.
