Issue Downloading Snort Alert Log Download

Description
I have found that I am no longer able to download the Alert Logs from the snort_alerts.php page. I have attempted different interfaces, different browsers, and different admin accounts. I attempted to clear out the logs to see if could then download less of them, this also did was no luck.
version 3.2.9.3 of snort package is the version having this issue with.

I have not used this feature in a while but my 2.3.4-RELEASE-p1 (amd64) system has the same fault when tested.

This also appears to affect the downloading of the blocked hosts list. If you press the download button, it thinks about it for a while but then the page reloads without the list being downloaded. Affects at least 3.2.9.3 and 3.2.9.4.

This problem is fixed in the Snort package update to version 3.2.9.5. This ticket can be closed when the pull request for that version is accepted.
