From the looks of it, they're having some sort of issue with the site. That server has DNS records but isn't responding. It's possible the URL for those tools changed, but also their HTTPS certificate has expired, so maybe they're just having a lapse in their maintenance at the moment. It could easily start working again before long.
The GUI already notes that it's a potentially unreliable external service. If it stays down for a prolonged period of time we may just remove the links entirely.
