Currently all additional prefixes added to be advertised by radvd inherit flags from the general interface radvd configuration. In many environments there is a need to advertise a secondary (ie. ULA) prefix into the segment. This prefix must not advertise the router flag so that it is not considered to be usable for communications outside of its own segment as a primary address for connections.

I thus request for the "Services" -> "DHCPv6 Server & RA" -> "Interface" -> "Router Advertisements" -> "Subnets" have separately settable flags for each prefix that are not tied to the main prefix, and have a default to inherit the flag options.
