Description

Ntopng fails to start (core dumps) with the "Disable Alerts" (-H) option enabled. It starts fine without the option set.

The problem occurs with pfSense 2.4.3, pfSense ntopng package version 0.8.11, and ntopng version 3.2.180316. With pfsense 2.4.2, ntopng started fine with the same settings.

For what it's worth I had found other report. I reported a new issue because #8277 was pre-release and indicates that ntopng always fails to start via gui, but can be still be started via command line. In my case, the issue is particular to use of Disable Alerts (-H), and it cores regardless of gui or command line.
