Description
Add the IPsec identifiers used in the IPsec configuration, on the Status > IPsec page.
- Category set to Web Interface
- Assignee set to Anonymous
- Target version set to 2.4.4
- Assignee changed from Anonymous to Anonymous
Implemented this. Also found issues with the buttons not lining up correctly for mobile clients. I included the fix for both in the same commit. I was only able to test mobile clients on my setup. Some other tests that would be good to try to make sure it didn't break anything are IKEv1, IKEv2 with split connections.

IPsec IDs show up and look correct in the tunnels I have configured.
On 2.4.4.a.20180720.1408, IPsec IDs like con1000: #1 (phase one) and conn1000: #2 (phase two) show correctly on the Status > IPsec page. Looks good here.
