PHP7: Error on restoring a config with packages

After restoring a config with packages (tested using System Patches package) and error is shown after rebooting:
PHP Errors:
[06-Nov-2018 20:07:33 Europe/London] PHP Warning: stream_select(): unable to select [4]: Interrupted system call (max_fd=15) in /etc/inc/pkg-utils.inc on line 150
The package had been installed correctly though.
- Status changed from New to 13
- Status changed from 13 to In Progress
- Assignee set to Renato Botelho
- Status changed from In Progress to Feedback
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
- Status changed from Feedback to Resolved

No longer seeing that error on the same system and config that was hitting it previously.
