Description
The log truncation and rotation code in the Suricata GUI package is not sending a SIGHUP to the running Suricata process on an interface after rotating and/or truncating the log files as configured on the LOG MGMT tab. Sending a SIGHUP will cause Suricata to reopen the log files.

This issue is resolved in the latest Suricata 4.1.4 package.
