ip tools link not working

Description
just discovered in 2.4.5 snapshots.. ip tools are not working http://private.dnsstuff.com/tools/whois.ch?ip= and http://private.dnsstuff.com/tools/whois.ch?ip=
went to website ..it exists it's just the addresses were changed...https://tools.dnsstuff.com/

Actually the URL didn't just change, they also changed the format of the query and it doesn't appear to have the exact same tools or output from before.
Looks like making it fit into the new URL scheme isn't terribly difficult, but since the info isn't the same, it's not as useful. Probably time to remove these unless a decent replacement turns up.
