Description

This is similar to Feature #6032, only for PPP interfaces.
The interfaces widget should show the uptime for PPP interfaces where it does for PPPoE/PPTP/L2TP.

I could do a PR similar to https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/pull/3595 if there are no objections.
